1.  A signature is required for all delivered goods.  After two failed delivery attempts (UK only) the goods will be returned to Hygo by the courier. Thereafter, you will be liable for any associated delivery and return costs.
2.  All deliveries are not time specific and nor can we give an estimated time of arrival.
All orders are sent by carrier on next day carriage, but this service is not guaranteed.
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser when delivered.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours.
3.  Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery in the UK. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4.  All orders are charged at 17.5% VAT. All prices displayed are excluding VAT.        
Returns
5.  In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
6.  If you have ordered an incorrect product, you will need to return these goods to us.  They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charge for the products.
7.  If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Deliveries will be despatched in the order that they are received. Orders will be sent using a courier company, and will normally take 2 - 3 days from receipt of order in the UK. Overseas deliveries times depend upon on how quick goods clear at customs.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we supply all of mainland Britain.  We are also able to supply certain overseas countries.  There will be a minimum fee from £35 for the following countries, however it depends on the weight of the goods.  Also Hazardous goods are not permitted in any circumstances.  Please note:  Duty, Customs & Freight in other countries are to be paid by the purchaser of the goods in full.  Hygo Ltd will not be liable, for any taxes or costs occurred.
